ACM-W India seeks to take forward the task of the ACM community, but with a particular focus on the empowerment of women in computing in India.
ACM-W supports, celebrates, and advocates internationally for the full engagement of women in all aspects of the computing field, providing a wide range of programs and services to ACM members and working in the larger community to advance the contributions of technical women.

We are excited to announce a new association “ACM-W” for the academic year 2021-2022.
ACM welcomes any women who is passionate enough to pursue excellence in any field of Computer Science, irrespective of their year, branch or CGPA.
ACM W encourages people to gain and impart knowledge about Computing and contribute in the fields of research and development.
Here at ACM Women the mission is to create a thriving Computing culture at Vellore-AP by sharing knowledge and ideas and promoting and nurturing the interest and curiosity of students in relevant fields.
The ACM-W aims to be active by organizing events to engage the students in a happy and glorious way with fun-filled moments.
ACM Celebrations bring women from your local region together for networking and build a feeling of community.
ACM-W provides financial and conference services to support to these conferences.
ACM Celebrations began in 2004 in India.
Today there are more than 30 Celebrations worldwide with more than 5000 participants per year.
Each celebration is unique. But common activities include poster sessions, technical presentations, industry and graduate school panels, and career fairs.
